Convert wordpress xml export file into a python dictionary

Requires web2py_utils:

$ hg clone http://hg.thadeusb.com/Web/web2py_utils
$ cd web2py_utils
$ python setup.py develop

Transform wordpress data to python:
http://static.thadeusb.com/web2py_utils/wordpress2py.html

$ python
Python 2.6.2 (r262:71600, Aug 21 2009, 12:22:21)
[GCC 4.4.1 20090818 (Red Hat 4.4.1-6)] on linux2
Type “help”, “copyright”, “credits” or “license” for more information.
>>> import web2py_utils
>>> dict = wordpress2py.word2py(open(’/tmp/wordpress.2010-05-02.xml’, ‘r’))
